"User Services Agreement"

This "Software End User License Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is the agreement between you (individual or a single entity) and JuniCare (hereinafter referred to as "MOTTO") provided by JuniCare Children's Watch and its third parties the legal agreement between the vendor and the licensor for the software provided with this Agreement. The affiliated software includes computer software and may include media, printed materials, and electronic documents (hereinafter referred to as "software") related to your use of Southbridge equipment. Use of the device or its pre-installed software constitutes acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If you are a minor, you should read this agreement carefully with your guardian and obtain the guardian's consent. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE DEVICE OR SOFTWARE.
1. License
Southbridge Technology grants you the following rights, provided that you comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement: You may install, use, access, display and run this "software" on a computer's local hard disk or other permanent storage media One copy of ", each use is limited to a single computer or single mobile device, and may not be used on a network of the Software at the same time on multiple computers or devices. Provided that you include all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original, you may keep a copy of the SOFTWARE in machine-readable form, but for backup purposes only. Certain items of the SOFTWARE are subject to an open source license 。 The terms of the open source license may cover some of the terms of this "Agreement", and some functions of this "software" need to be bound to the specific equipment of Southbridge Technology. If you do not obtain or successfully obtain the binding, it will not work normally. Part of the functions of this "software" and enjoying the services provided by us as a necessary condition for obtaining binding, or the effect that the related services intend to achieve cannot be achieved. 2. Reservation of rights and title
Southbridge Technology reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Southbridge Technology or its suppliers own the title, copyright and other intellectual property rights to the Software. The Software is licensed only, not sold or transferred.
3. Restrictions on End User Rights
(1) Restriction of rights
You may not reverse engineer, reverse edit or disassemble the Software or otherwise attempt to discover the source code and algorithms of the Software (provided that such activities are expressly permitted by applicable law, and only to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law engage in the above activities within the scope of the above-mentioned activities, are not subject to this restriction) and shall not modify the "Software", disable any function of the "Software" or create derivative works based on the "Software". In addition, you do not rent, lease, lend, sublicense or use the Software to provide commercial services.
(2) Transfer restrictions

In the event of a transfer, all portions of the Software (including all components, media and printed materials, any updated versions, and this Agreement) shall be transferred in their entirety, and no copies shall be retained. The transfer can be non-direct transfer, such as consignment and so on. Before the transfer, the recipient of the "Software" must agree to all the terms of this Agreement.
4. Privacy Policy
(1) Reason for collection
In order to provide customer demand services and continuously improve its own service quality and user experience, Southbridge Technology may collect basic usage information or personal information from your device for investigation and analysis.
(2) Collection content
A. Device unique identification code
Devices are assigned a unique identification code that enables your device to synchronize email, contacts and other services.
B. Equipment number and model
The above information may be collected but not stored. At the same time, Southbridge Technology may also collect information on special circumstances of the device, such as crash. However, Southbridge will not collect application content information, such as email content or records.
C. Information Collected by Third-Party Applications
Some third-party applications may allow some user information to be sent to JuniCare devices, but JuniCare declares that this part of the data will not involve your personally identifiable information. At the same time, Southbridge Technology performs certain functions, such as billing and payment-related tasks, and may share non-personal aggregated information with designated third-party application providers, but Southbridge Technology declares that this part of the information will not involve your personally identifiable information. . The above-mentioned third-party application providers will be required to process your information in accordance with the relevant Southbridge non-disclosure agreement or privacy policy.
D. Location Information
Your device may send location information, such as GPS information, to Southbridge.
(3) Mobile phone use
Southbridge will use your information to process your request, provide you with services, provide customer functions and improve your user experience. In addition, JuniCare may also use the information for analysis to help the development of new functions or improve the overall quality of products and services. In particular, you may not participate in the collection and sharing of certain information, or choose not to use certain products, services or features.
(4) Privacy Statement
A. Anonymous use
In the process of using, you do not need to show your true identity, nor do you need to provide basic personal information to JuniCare. However, JuniCare may collect and save the data network usage information generated during your use as required. In particular, when you use a third-party application, you may be required to show your true identity. Southbridge Technology declares that this behavior does not belong to Southbridge's user identity requirements, and the behavior of the third-party application will be subject to the third-party application. B. Information Collection
Using Southbridge's equipment, Southbridge may collect the following information to provide services to users, including but not limited to displaying custom content and advertising, checking, searching and analyzing for the maintenance and protection of complete services. C. Third Party Subcontractors
Southbridge Technology may employ third-party subcontractors to provide services to users, including but not limited to sending subscribed emails. However, in the process of handling personal sensitive information, Southbridge will require subcontractors to strictly abide by the confidentiality obligations stipulated in the privacy statement.
D. Network data storage server
Southbridge Technology provides server space for users to store content that does not involve third-party application data. JuniCare expressly declares that it will not take the initiative to obtain the data content of user backup and server space.
(5) Minor privacy
Southbridge Technology highly protects the privacy of minors (the definition of minors will be determined according to the laws and regulations of your region). Southbridge Technology will not deliberately collect personal data of minors without the express consent/authorization of parents/guardians. If JuniCare discovers that it has obtained unauthorized minors' information, it will delete the information.
(6) Update of Privacy Statement
If the privacy statement is updated, JuniCare will release the revised version and the effective date in time.
(7) Disclaimer
Although this Privacy Statement describes the standards that Southbridge Technology follows in maintaining privacy data, Southbridge Technology does not guarantee that this standard will always be followed. In some cases, Southbridge Technology may cause data leakage due to factors beyond its control. Therefore, Southbridge Technology does not make any guarantees or representations for the maintenance or confidentiality of private information.
5. Calls and Internet access
If you use a third-party application, the data and personal information (including but not limited to data, pictures, audio and video, usage records, etc.) collected by the application may be sent to the provider of the third-party application or its subcontractors Business, Southbridge's privacy policy does not apply to such situations. Regarding the possible collection and use of your data and personal information by third-party applications, please consult the privacy policies of the third-party application providers.
(1) Call function
This "Software" provides call function. This calling feature may require you to be connected to your local network operator. Please note that when you use the calling function, you may incur call charges, and your call quality will be affected by certain circumstances, including the applicability and performance of device hardware or data paths; the network environment and quality provided by the local network operator and performance. This "software" provides the function of automatically connecting calls. If you do not want to use this function, you can turn it off by setting this "software".
(2) Access to the Internet
Some features of the Software may require the device to access the Internet. The "Software" can be connected to the Internet by using the network data connection service provided by the network operator or using the WIFI network, and the experience of some functions of the "Software" may be affected by the suitability and performance of the device hardware or data path or the network operator. The quality and performance of the provided network environment are affected.
Please note that you may incur service charges when you use your network operator's calling or network data services. The pricing strategy and charging standard of the service fee will be formulated and charged only by the network operator you use, and you will be responsible for it. Please make a special statement that Southbridge will not be responsible for any disputes arising from network quality or service charges during your call or network data use.
6. Software Updates
Southbridge may provide you with updates, upgrades, supplements and add-ons (if any) to the software after the date you obtained the initial copy of the software, including bug fixes for any previously installed software (including complete new versions) , service upgrades (in part or in whole), products or equipment, and updates and enhancements (collectively, "Updates") to enhance software capabilities and ultimately improve your experience with your equipment. This update applies to all updated components provided to you or made available to you by Southbridge Technology after the date you obtained the original copy of the software unless we propose other terms with the update. If you want to use the updated software, you must first obtain the authorization of the software identified by Southbridge as qualified for updating. After an update, you cannot continue to use the software that forms the basis for update eligibility. Updated software versions may incorporate new features and, in some cases, remove existing features.
The definition of the "Auto Update" function is that after you agree to update the software, the software automatically executes and installs the update program, so when the "Auto Update" function is enabled (such as the system update menu in the "System Settings" or the default settings in the security menu setting), your device will obtain your consent and install any updates before installing them. Since regularly receiving updates to your security software protects against new threats, we recommend that you regularly check for any new updates available to optimize your device.
7. Export Restrictions
You acknowledge that the Software is governed by the export laws of each country. You agree to comply with all international and domestic laws governing the use of the Software, including all applicable export restriction laws and regulations.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Unless your device is accompanied by a separate express limited warranty in writing, all software provided by Southbridge on this device (whether contained within the device, downloaded or otherwise) is provided "as is" And is based on "available" without any express or implied warranty from Southbridge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southbridge disclaims any responsibility for any other express, implied or statutory warranty , including but not limited to any of the following express or implied warranties: merchantability, quality or satisfaction of workmanship, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability or availability, accuracy, virus-free, beneficial rights, non-infringement of third-party rights or other infringement. Please note that the above limitations do not apply to areas where applicable law may not exclude or limit implied warranties. At the same time, any advice or information, oral or written, taken from Southbridge or its related agencies is not subject to It is deemed that JuniCare has changed or modified the disclaimer regarding this "software", and it is not used to create any guarantee from JuniCare.
9. Apps
(1) Third-party applications
Certain third-party applications may be included or downloaded to this mobile device. Southbridge does not list any such applications. Since Southbridge has no control over such third-party applications, you acknowledge and agree that Southbridge is not responsible for the availability of such applications and is not responsible for the data, content, advertisements contained in its suppliers , products, services or other materials to which they apply are not responsible. You expressly acknowledge and agree to assume the risk of using such third-party applications independently, as well as the problems of unsatisfactory use, quality, performance, accuracy and difficulty of use caused by them. It is your sole discretion whether to take defensive measures to ensure that the selected third-party applications are free of such things as viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other destructive content. References to the names, logos, products or any services of third party applications or their suppliers on this device are for your convenience only and do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation or affiliation with third party products and services. You agree that Southbridge shall not be liable for any direct damage or loss, including but not limited to damage to equipment or loss of data, caused or suspected to be caused by the use of or reliance on the available content, products or services of such third-party applications. or indirect liability. You acknowledge and agree that the use of third-party applications is subject to the terms of use, license agreements, privacy practices or other such agreements that may exist provided by such third-party application providers. Southbridge hereby disclaims responsibility for any data disclosure or any other practices of third-party application providers. (2) Southbridge Technology Application
Some of Southbridge's applications and services may be included or downloaded to this device. 10. Limitation of Liability

11. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
Any unresolved disputes or disputes in this Agreement or arising out of your use of the "Software" shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your area. However, the above restrictions do not prevent Southbridge from applying for emergency legal relief in any jurisdiction. Southbridge Technology does not consider conflict of laws provisions, and this "Agreement" is only governed by the laws of your region. At the same time, this Agreement is not governed by and excludes the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
12. Entire Agreement, Severability
This "Agreement" constitutes the complete agreement between Southbridge Technology and you on the software and other matters governed by this "Agreement", and supersedes all previous or contemporaneous written or oral communications with respect to the content designed in this "Agreement" , advice, representation, agreement or agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, non-binding, unenforceable or illegal, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected, that is, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Termination of Agreement
This "Agreement" is valid until JuniCare issues a t\ermination statement or you voluntarily propose to terminate it. And if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this "Agreement", your rights under this license will be automatically terminated without a formal notice from Southbridge. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, in whole or in part, of the Software.
